Assuming you are using them for holding tiki torches, ask them to weld two lengths of pipe about 2 inches long each to a 2 foot length of 1/4 inch thick x 1 inch wide angle iron, and have them point one end. The lengths of pipe should be at the midpoint and just below the far end from the pointy end.
