NOTICE -

This file is a collection of various messages having a common theme that
I have collected from my reading of the various computer networks. Some
messages date back to 1989, some may be as recent as yesterday.

This file is part of a collection of files called Stefan's Florilegium.

I have done a limited amount of editing. Messages having to do with
seperate topics were sometimes split into different files and sometimes
extraneous information was removed. For instance, the message IDs were
removed to save space and remove clutter.

The comments made in these messages are not necessarily my viewpoints. I
make no claims as to the accuracy of the information given by the
individual authors.

Please respect the time and efforts of those who have written these

Last Updated: 3 September 1996

This is the reminder that the FAQ for the archery newsgroups is posted only
once a month now. In the three weeks in between, this notice gets posted
instead.

There is now a file available that has drawings to go with the FAQ section
construct.faq. It contains drawings showing the dimensions and tapering
for constructing the self-flatbow and self-longbow. This file is available
only by direct e-mail request to me at this time. The choices are CorelDraw
version 5 or 6, or GIF format. The file will be e-mailed in uuencoded format.
When sending e-mail requesting this file, please specify the desired format.
Additional formats may be available if requested.

The archery newsgroups FAQ is available by an e-mail request to me at:

arch-faq@hpbs1686.boi.hp.com

In the Subject: line put All if you want all the sections, or put the name
of the section from the list below here. Since the body of the message is
ignored, you need enter nothing there. At this time, you must send one
e-mail for each section you want. This is an automatic reply script and
I am working on getting it to accept more than one section in either the
Subject: line or the body of the message. A request for the alt.archery
FAQ with no section requests will be treated as a request for Info.
