If not, they can probably point you the right direction. Aside from weight on the structure (which you could probably compensate for), it's just not very safe to have something that heavy up that high. REAL gargoyles are rainspouts, on cathedrals and other buildings of the High Middle Ages, that have been carved into the shape of grotesques. Any monster carved into the fabric of a building is a grotesque; it's only a gargoyle if it's also a rainspout and goes "gurgle, gurgle" whenever it rains.
